The service is provided “as is,” without warranty of any kind. Tide predictions are astronomical estimates and do not account for weather, storm surge, or local conditions. We make no guarantee of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for any purpose.

Assumption of risk

Beach, tidepool, and water activities are inherently dangerous. Tides change quickly and can strand or injure you. You are solely responsible for your safety and for verifying conditions with official sources before heading out. TideTime is not liable for any loss, injury, or damage arising from use of the site.

Data & attribution

Tide predictions are derived from NOAA CO-OPS data, which is in the public domain. TideTime is an independent project and is not affiliated with or endorsed by NOAA.

Acceptable use

Use the site for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not abuse, scrape at high volume, or attempt to disrupt the service.
